WHAT'S IN A NAME?
The word Shiloh is a name and a place. It is said to mean Messiah, or The Peaceful Place. As believers we have Christ in us and we are in Him. (Colossians 1:27, Ephesians 2:6, 1 Corinthians 1:30)
It is a place of firsts, Governmental order, breakthrough and deliverance.
It is the place where the first seat of Government was set up for Israel, it was here that the land was divided between the 12 tribes. It was here that daughters were given the right to inherit land.
It was the first established place of worship, the place where the Tabernacle of the Lord was first permanently set up. The Ark of the Covenant rested in Shiloh. For 300 years the children of Israel travelled to Shiloh for the feasts and for the Passover.
It was the place where Hannah asked the Lord for Samuel her firstborn.
In History Shiloh was a turning point in the American Civil War to abolish slavery. A major battle was won at Shiloh in Hardin Tennessee. Some Historians say that the confederates never recovered. https://www.historynet.com/battle-of-shiloh
We are passionate about claiming back the land that the enemy has stolen in believers lives. Jesus said
"
Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is on Me,
because He has anointed Me
to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent Me to proclaim liberty to the captives
and recovery of sight to the blind,
to release the oppressed,
19 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
